Its not hard! Once you get the hang of it.
You and I or Jake and you should use TeamViewer. It lets you watch another persons screen and has live chat.
If you are interested in me or Jake teaching you, just tell us by Messaging or when we see each other next time. I can give you a link to a tutorial on how to use it [which I wrote lol] and a link to where you can download it. Me and Jake use it very often. its great!
